Parking
Please note the changes for parking this year.
There will be limited parking at Spring Meadow Lake State Park. We have secured parking for the 5K and 10K participants and spectators across the street at Green Meadows Country Club.
Please be aware the Half Marathon course will be live after 9:00 AM, please allow extra time in case you are stopped en route to parking for runners on the course.
All Half Marathon participants, volunteers, and vendor’s are asked to park at George’s Distributing and the adjacent business parking lots off of Broadwater Ave. These lots are accessible from Euclid Ave. and will have signage directing traffic to the appropriate parking areas. Walk north through the gravel lot to get to the start/finish line area. The Half marathoners are parking here due to the fact that the half marathon starts first with their 9 am start and this parking area is along the course.
Both of these locations are around a 1/4 of a mile from the start/finish line.
Montana Wild is closed to race parking. Please leave this for Montana Wild and the trail users.
We highly encourage you to carpool to help reduce the amount of traffic.

In Event of Severe Conditions
This is Montana and the weather often changes at a moment’s notice. Your guess is as good as ours on what the weather will be like. In the last 5 years, it has snowed once on the third weekend of October. We will not cancel the event due to weather. Check weather forecasts and be prepared for anything. We suggest leaving a warm sweatshirt or jacket in your car to stay warm during the Finish Line Party.
In the event of snow, the 5K route will change to follow along the 10K and Half Marathon courses.
